This video shows a chalk silhouette protest event organised by the Aotearoa New Zealand Cluster Munition Coalition in Wellington during a key diplomatic meeting of the Oslo Process to ban cluster bombs in February 2009. More than 1,000 locals came to Wellington's Civic Square to "lie down" and have their chalk silhouette drawn and signed. These "petition signatures" were added together other cluster bomb flyer petitions subsequent handed over to New Zealand's Minister of Disarmament Hon. Phil Goff at a parliamentary event on 20 February 2008. A total of 3,367 petition signatures were collected.
