In my experience, most cops are either corrupt or absolutely incompetent. I fucking hate them. My son- in-law is a cop and during this huge shootout downtown he shot himself in the foot trying to pull out his gun. Typical.

This is a good example of dumb ass cops abusing their authority. They say the taser is non lethal, which is bullshit. They think it's a good idea to tase a man who is 10 feet off the ground, and naked at that. I guess this idiotic cop didn't think that the man would hit the concrete and die. But cops can get away with anything, which is fucked up. Oh well, cops like this will burn in hell.
