Read Whitlock's latest column. A lot of truth in it. Blacks do root for the black athlete over white ones. White people have gotten beyond that. Me and my buddies all rooted for Larry Holmes over Cooney...we didn't care who was black or white. Look at how Vick is a hero to blacks. Crazy stuff.

I normally do not like Whitlock's column. I do like this interview though. Why Jackson and Sharpton think they speak for America's black population I have no idea.

Thats the most foolish excuse Ive ever heard. I highly doubt you've heard blacks say "NAPPY HEADED H**s" Ive lived around blacks and none of them would condone that. Also not all blacks use that word and yes calling a black female a H** she would get mad at you for saying the samething.

I understand that the truth hurts, but that is the only way to solve any problem, by confronting the truth and not live in a made up world. Don Imus was simply repeating what he had heard from blacks. I have heard them say those exact words many times. He was joking, badly, but he was kidding. If only black folks would get mad when other blacks said the same things.
