CONGRATULATIONS!!! You made History and the news on June 17, 2008. Here are a few clips we pieced together.

Our hearts are so full and eyes overflowing with tears of joy and excitement for this special day for you both. IT'S ABOUT TIME!! We only wish we were there with you celebrating this long over due moment in history. We are so proud of you and your example of love and commitment and tolerance of those that feel they need to be hurtful and hateful in the name of a loving God.
We love who you are! Mom & Dad (Linda and Steve Stay - St. George, UT)
As a Mormon Mother I am deeply hurt that the LDS church did all they could to take this away from you.
It was a beautiful thing your mom made for you! I am in wisconsin and we just recieved the right to get domestic partnerships which even though it is not the full rights of marriage, it still makes me greatful to God for what I do have...I grew up mormon and I know how it was to feel ostracized even though no one knew I am gay. My partner and I plan on getting married, having children and living together till we're old and grey. Best wishes from Madison WI! And may your love last eternally!

Way to make me cry you two;*-) I am so happy for you. I found this link and your story on the Mormons for Marriage website. I am so sorry that intolerance has attempted to strip you of your rights again. But I am so happy your mom is so supportive. I'd like to talk to her. I am a straight woman who has been fighting for your rights and I will not stop until your equal rights are secured
Peace and blessings..
