just a little video i did to pay tribute to the norwegian scene which gave birth to modern black metal...im not trying to ignore the fact that there is quality black metal else where as well, but we need not to forget the role norway have been playing in the shaping of the genre.
also, there is an odd one out in the video, try to figure which item is actually swedish and not norwegian. And whoever finds out where the first music sample is will get a pat in the back hahaha...

since that video I have indeed checked out more US bands, including those 2. I have to admit I'm more of a sucker for bands like Cobalt and Krieg (His newest is amazing).

@maxmattiroli Hey man have you checked out Nachtmystium or Agalloch? Both incredible US Black Metal bands especially Agalloch they have a very unique sound.
