NCAA is way overrated! Last season, in a friendly game, St Vallier (2nd division french club) beat Kansas 100-61...
I think the NBA is the best actual championship in the world, then the EUROLEAGUE tournament, the ACB, the Serie A, the Adriatic league and the Pro A (french best division).
NCAA level is very far from every professional league of Europe.

@MrExit15 Money, location, language, attitude. There's a lot of reasons why a basketball player wouldn't even WANT to play in the NBA. Yes, most of the worlds best players play in the NBA and yes, the quality of the league is higher than anything else. That doesn't mean that it's the most suitable place for all players, regardless of their skill. Take a look at European football and you'll see that there is atleast 4-5 league that is on the same level of quality.
