Thanks for the lecture, it was very useful. my only problem was in finding the full text and downloading that. I should note that I am in academia and I have a long list of connection files available under online search.

I have Endnote X4.0.2 installed on my computer. It finds the paper but it does not download it.

Find Full Text results can vary with your location and your preferences settings.  This is discussed more in the video on setting EndNote preferences. The two things that will most influence how many PDFs it can locate and download are if you are IP-authenticated by being on-site or on-campus, and if your OpenURL settings for FFT in the preferences are set up to include your institution's OpenURL server. OpenURL does not include off-campus access.
