http://westernfolklife.org Sonoran musicans Don Beto Cruz and Jesus Garcia share a Mexican corrido during the 2008 Gathering in Elko, about a racehorse, who lost the race but kept his fame and following. Our international guests this year were vaqueros and musicans from the Sonoran area.

i am glad you guys are letting people of different cultures know about corridos i am glad you guys find my great grandpa Leonardo Yanez "el nano" mi papa grandes music interesting thank you and even though you guys aint chente, rieleros, chayito, antonio, or the many others it is still an honor for you guys to sing my grandpas songs
