its a CH47 chinook invented by the USAF a seaknight is a type of chinook used by the marines (since they need specially adapted helicopters to land on ships out at see) hope that helped!

The CH-47 Chinook is a Vietnam-Era transport helicopter. The CH-46 is also a Vietnam-Era transport helicopter. The CH-46 "Seaknight" is more suited for amphibious operations. The CH-46 is slightly smaller and has less power. The CH-47 is used primarily by the Army and Air Force. The CH-46 is used by the Navy and Marine Corps.

thats because in CoD4 it is a sea knight... this is the chinook. same type of helicopter, but different.
