David shieldrick foundation for elephants is based in Kenya. they have big hearts for orphaned elephants. im sure they can also help this poor elle in some way.

I'm amazed it lived long enough for someone to see it. But sadly, I doubt it would survive, if something doesn't kill it, it would either starve, grow too large to be able to support itself or just be abandoned.
