Will You Give Up Your Guns?

We've got a lot of real true thinking to do in this country. Gun sales are off the chain. In other words people are voting with their pocket book. I am wondering, will you as an American ever give up your guns. I mean we seem to be giving up so much right now, all in the name of laws!

We're all somehow controlled/manipulated/impriso­ned by our government, but that is a separate issue from gun ownership. Government can fuck off as far as I'm concerned, but that doesn't mean I want to live in a society where any member of the public could potentially be carrying a deadly weapon. Guns perpetuate the problem and are designed to kill. Government could kill us all, with or without guns. Irrelevant.

Stalin and hitler liked to disarm people. Goverment has killed way more people then citizens owning guns .LOL All evil dictaters apeared kind and loving and said they cared about there fellow man. This whole socialist talk has been done over and over in history. What you dont think its possible for your goverment to screw you over or any other goverment . Sorry Americans are a free people.

But you haven't mentioned accidental shootings, which wouldn't be an issue if there was nothing to shoot. Believe me, I've grown up in a country that frowns upon guns and I don't miss them, not one bit. Let go of the addiction, for the sake of humanity and all that is good.

You say it's a cultural problem, so to improve the situation it would be sensible for the US government to send a clear message that gun ownership (other than hunting rifles) is now frowned upon by banning gun ownership, sales, import and export. If you REALLY want to reduce gun crime/deaths, then you have to make sacrifices. I think that you simply don't care about the other members of your society for selfish reasons.
