@kristylee571 Any time my dear. The secret is in the quality of the food. If we eat food that has undergone less industrial processing, and retains more of its nutritional value (vitamins, minerals, fibers) we need to eat much smaller quantities before we are satisfied. It is good to listen to our body & be sensible.
(An added bonus of a balanced life, it's good for skin & hear beauty !!!)

Thank you! I have a friend who tells me the same thing. I guess I should listen. God bless you .

@kristylee571 Shouldn't worry too much about calories.
All the ingredients here are natural & unprocessed so the body knows how to metabolize it properly. No artificial additives (coloring, flavorings, added fats etc..). This is how we should eat more often, & take joy in the simple pleasures of life.

No its not a baking tin, its a bit ticker like frying pan, you can use a normal casserole pot or fry pan.

Great video, but I got a question. I was wondering whats the temperature of the oven in degrees celcius or fahrenheit. Ovens over in my country don't have gas marks or "medium" or "low".

@Sibelian Hi Thank you for your comment,
Pre-heat the oven to 250°C; 500°F and place the Tahchin there and after 15 mins lower the heat to 180°C.

Great video! Thanks so much. I have a few recommendations as a viewer:
1- Please turn off the stove hood when speaking
2- Please say the measures more accurate...as a beginner I really do not understand how much ingredient XX is enough ...
Thanks!

@ashkanashkan2
Thank Ashkan for your comments. I will try to remember to turn to hood off the next time but as I am not a professional chafe or video producer and do not have right equipments these kind of mistakes are forgivable I just like to share my recipe with English speakers who are interested in Persian food. In response to your second comment you can find ingredients and measures written in beginning of each programm. Thanks again for your interest.

is that ok if i don't use lead?

@elnur601 If you don't use lead the top of the Tahchin would be dry and crispy. If your pot does not have a lead then covers it with 2 layers of Aluminium Foil.
