At least four Amendments of the US Constitution are being violated here. If I were the FLDS Lawyers, I would list all 416 children, as individuals and all 139 women, as individuals against the state of texas. Demanding a trial for each count on each individual and request(their right) to a speedy trial.
NEWS FLASH - Not only have the texas authorities not found the 16 year old, but they have charged the wrong man.
