THE legendary T-34\85 Medium tank,
Best of the best, reliable and cheap, this soviet piece of engineering brought total victory over nazi germany.
the tank that entered eastern europe and into berlin, and was still in use in 24 countries untill the 1990's.
Dedicated to the brave soldiers who fought in those tanks, died and burned aliive during the great patriotic war.

Engine: V-12 diesel, 500hp
Speed: 34 mph
Range: 115 miles
Crew: 5
Weight: 32 tons
Later variant with larger 85mm gun required a redesigned turret.
The new turret was roomy enough for a third crewman in the turret to handle loading of the gun. A cupola for the commander was added. Electric turret traverse was added. Still in service with many armies today. This tank achieved a tremendous increase in firepower with little additional weight. The new gun was the equal of the German 88mm KwK. Over 50,000 produced.

Simply outstanding ! Keep up the good work mate . Seen ur other wood models and all look great and very realisthic .
One thing tho , in ur video description you state that the new Zis 53 85mm gun of the T34/85 was equal to the 88mm guns that equipped the german tanks. It was no such thing , wasnt even close to the performance of the 88mm L56 of the Tiger , or even the 75mm L70 of the Panther . Was more equal to the 75mm L48 of the Panzer 4 Ausf H .

76 mm L11 gun

57 mm ZiS-4 gun.
turret with 85 gun you have already ;)

interesting idea, very soon i will start working on the T34/76 F34 gun, model 1943.
I will make that way, so the turrets on the hull could be replacebale, it will be awesome :]
