  • @stounchay Everpure has distribution worldwide over 100 countries. You may be able to get it in your country as well. Thank you.

  • @b1naryd1g1t5 This type of filter is using Micropure Precoat Technology. This drinking water system is certified by NSF International under NSF/ANSI Standard 53 Health Effects and NSF/ANSI Standard 42 Class 1. Since this demonstration means nothing to you, I believe certification by NSF International, the world largest non profit, independent organization, would be able to convince you. For details about NSF International visit nsf.org website. Thank you.

  • @tonewheel But Everpure is cheaper than most non-NSF certified water filter that available in Malaysia although the Everpure model above is certified by NSF International under NSF/ANSI Standard 53 and Standard 42 Class 1.

  • These demonstrations mean nothing. Any filter can filter out the big stuff. What matters is the microscopic stuff you can't see. What kind of filter is it (carbon, ion, ceramic, RO)? What is the micron rating? The most important thing: can it filter out microbiological agents like viruses? Most non-chemical filters cannot filter out viruses (which are as small as 25 nm). Granted, most American water systems do not have a virus problem, but still it's nice to have.

  • The Everpure unit incorporates activated carbon ("Micro-Pure") that filters out particulates as small as 1/2 micron in size.

However, for most people on a municipal water supply, a faucet-mounted filter such as a PUR will meet your needs. The Everpure system is one of the best on the market...and one of the most expensive. You could buy a more efficient Reverse Osmosis drinking water system for what the Everpure H-Series will cost you.

  • That demonstration is accurate, but you're comparing apples to oranges.

The Brita pitcher filter is a decent low-end water filter and takes out many harmful contaminants. It will not remove color from the water, as only activated carbon will do that.

It is also incapable of reducing the test dust (commonly referred to as "Arizona Road Dust") as the particle are too fine to be captured by the pitcher filter.

  • how can i get this system? thank you!
