  • bla,bla,bla....

  • What is the name of this song?:)

  • I hope suraah never attends a jazz class. She would freak at the neck rolls which are a part of the technique. A young healthy body is much stronger and more resilient than what she is saying. That all came about because of law suits.

  • @fotiniperla1990 you are welcome ;-)

  • @suraah Thank you for the tips.

  • @fotiniperla1990 4) You can stand in a good posture (or sit) and turn your head to the right (profile). Lift your chin up a bit (2 cm, about 2 inches) and then move your chin down so that it touches the shoulder. Then move the chin to the other shoulder and lift it up again. Do carefully and relaxed. There are many other excercises...

  • @fotiniperla1990 3) It is also good to move your head down (shoulders relaxed). Just feel the weight of your head and let it gently stretch your neck until you feel that you have reached the maximum point (for example the chin is on the chest), then slowly lift the head up, little by little, keeping the chin near the throat.

  • @fotiniperla1990 2) Stand in a good posture, slowly move your chin up until you can look up to the ceiling but not up to the lights (only at the height where the wall meets the ceiling) and slowly move your head down again. Do this 5-8 times.
