Not only that, but i think its quite the opposite. We root and pray that Iran frees itself. The thing with Iran is...the culture was so strong before Islam even invaded. Second thing being, Persia was exposed to freedom. If it was not for these two factors, Iran would have become just another dumb struck brainwashed nation, hating the west. Obviously its not. The Persian friends I know in America are completely different from any muslims...well most are not muslims then again.

Iran is helping the U.S. with the occupation of Afghanistan and taking prisoner's of "terrorist's." (I put that in quotes cause the whole innocent until proven guilty thing) I'm sad the Iranian girl feels that way. :( From all the docs I've seen they're friendly people. I think the youth of Iran and the youth of the U.S. would have lots in common and it'd be easy for both sides to find a new friend.

afgans and iranians are both along with many other branches all persians .. im born teheran but i think nationalism has downsides when the love for ones own country turns into hate into others but that is a lie bc if u hate other countries and its own peoples you probably hate yourself and your own country to. when it comes to it all we can all change thru free choice . but only the truth can guide uss to our paths and u dont even have to be religious or non religious to see that.. peace

people here were also affected becauseo f9/11 but now 1.2 mio people died in iraq and nobody really cares.

and when did the Us appologies for supporting saddams war agaisnt iran? where over 600 000 people died in iran

I wonder if American youth would care too? I am from America. My friends and I at my church love other ethnic groups and their culture. I have been to Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria and Iraq. I want to go to Iran and Afghanistan one day. My 17 year old sister has been to Romania 4 times to go give love to Gypsy children. My mom has been to Romania twice also. All, I am saying is that there are people who care. Not everyone does though. I care because Jesus cares. "Love your neighbor as yourself"
