bad executed .
the should never stand up, and get out half body out of the water . Only remove the face/head out of the water. when he stands up, all blood goes down and get the samba.

Based on what I see, I would think it was a black-out. Loss of Motor Control (samba) has usually more fast twitching movements, remaining consciousness and less muscle weakness as showed in this video. The observed spasms could be caused by post-black-out movements, often repeating the last intended movements. The back arching is something that is seen quite regular with (severe) black-outs. The only question left, if is the victim had retrograde amnesia. This is often typically for black-out
