Kartika is not extraordinary as many are claiming..Versatality is not her forte and definitely doesnt have screen presence and beauty of shobhana or effortless as Manju,not even a natural as Urvashi.Will call her a decent actress ,comes in the league of Kavya,Meera.

LOL Mohanlal can even romance a stone so pls dont lessen his talent by saying he had good chem with karti cuz he was in love with her .He has the best chemistry with Shobhana and they are the most successful,gudluking pair as well.

Years back when I watched it first, they left me with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes. Both the characters portrayed by Ms Karthika and Sri Mohan Lal stands out. As one fan posted, they have lived in this movie. Loving hearts are inseperable. The actors who portrayed these characters will live in the hearts of their admirers for ever. Can't help wishing if Karthika comes back for one more movie.
