  • You are a true brave little girl..Thank you for getting the word out.The medical community can do more but will not becuase of the sterotype that only people of color have Sickle Cell.Let us get the attention Cancer recieves..

  • @alexviv29 Can you get the word out to all of your friends with sickle cell that the Faces of Courage - Santa's Workshop Weekend is coming up fast and we would like to invite all diagnosed children between the ages of 3 and 12 AND their well brothers and sisters to attend this free camp. The camp is December 3-5 at Rotary's camp FL in Brandon. To register they can call Peggy Sherry at 813 389 9339....

  • @alexviv29 Thank you so much for sharing your story. My daughter is also 10 years old and has sickle cell anemia. I started a community Facebook page to help our friends and family to better understand what sickle cell anemia is and the effect it has on your life...
