@1shoryuken Well, Birkin WAS the only RE boss who had a personality. Nowadays we have Alexia Ashford, James Marcus, the guys from RE4 (Krauser, Salazar, Mendez and Osmund Saddler), Ricardo Irving and, of course, Wesker. Nemesis was just a specially designed Tyrant, and an incredibly powerful one at that.

@insertcooluser Nemesis is cool and all but to me William Birkin is the greatest RE boss, and its because he's the only boss that actually has a personality. You get to know who he is, and at times you feel bad about what happened him but you gotta kill him to save his daughter from himself or he will one hit kill you with his ridiculously overpowered pipe lol
but if you where to say which boss is the strongest, ill probably bet my money on Nemesis.
