This machine is mainly for the machining of linear guide ways.
Main Features:
Main structure of this machine is portal type fixed column and beam twin vertical columns structure.
Advantages:
The portal type structure is thermally symmetry, which has the merits of extremely high structure rigidity and low thermal effect so the extremely stable accuracy may be maintained for a long time. The solid and thick base may enhance the rigidity of this machine.
The portal type design greatly shortens the unsupported part of the spindle head and gives higher rigidity.
The main structure is made by FC30 high quality cast iron, its tempered (sometimes also called annealed) and natural aged to thoroughly release the internal stress for the purpose of working accuracy.
Range: Suitable for linear guide ways 15 type ~ 80 type with length of 1~6 meters.
