How to Make a Slim Pandora's Battery and Restore It!!

This is a video showing how to Change a Slim PSP Battery into a Pandora's One. This video requires opening the battery, it's not a soft mod. I decided to make this vid because there aren't many and a couple of them are misleading. Hope this one helps clear things up.

What you need:
A 3.6v 1200 mAh Battery (Comes with PSP Slim)
A screwdriver
Exacto-Knife

Somethings I forgot to mention in the video:
You know you cut through the battery edge if you can dig your Knife or Screwdriver through and up inside the battery cover.
If you open the battery and does not look like mine does on the inside, stop immediately and close the battery with some tape (doesn't matter what type)

I must be doing something wrong. I cut right at the spot that the picture and video says to, and when I put the battery in, it doesn't automatically turn on. I can turn the PSP on normally, and the home screen pops up, but it never turns on by itself.
