Match stands up

Trick Name: Match Stand Up
(PLEASE, leave a comment)

The Set up:
Lay a paper match on a bar or table on its flat side. Now, ask that someone get the match to stand up on its edge, without touching it or anything to it.




The Rules:
The match cannot be touched by anyone or anything. Outside objects may be used.

The Solution:
Take a small hair comb and run it through your hair a few times creating static. Now, move the comb over the top of and very close to the match. The static will cause the match to follow the comb and it will stand up on its edge.
