When asked about hydraulic fracturing -- a 60 year old energy stimulation technology used in 9 out of 10 wells nationwide -- at a U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee this morning, Administrator Jackson offered this: "I'm not aware of any proven case where the fracking process itself has affected water."

You trust the EPA when it supports your view point. This is a statement made after you have self proclaimed that organizations are fallible.

That pencil picture makes your profile look smarter. Would you say that your personality is a Anthropomorphism of the pencil, or that a pencil with eyeballs personifies you?
Personally, I think this is a better method of attaching an ad hominem.

Answer 48 on amazing logic test: "I drop shit into the toilet that's smarter than you."
You are so far out in left field.
You resorted to an ad hominem fallacy, and it made you look even less likely to have taken previously stated "tests".

Knock off the pretense. You're flailing around to rationalize ignoring the EPA's professional evaluation and substitute the reflexive objections of partisan, insane adherents to the misanthropic religion called "environmentalism." Nobody considers the work of Enviros reliable except other Enviros.
For the 8,382,164,633rd time: fracking is not new. It has been in use for 60+ years, and there have been no significant incidents of public hazard resulting from it. Conversation's over. Bye.

Logic can be self evident. You are trying to bolster your opinion with a straw man "tests"... I have taken these amazing test as well; therefore, all should recognize that I speak truth. Blah.
By your own admission, you concede there is fallibility, yet you defense is of one organization...and by a test you took.
I admit that ad populum could be at play, but I will submit that there are many individual instances, via youtube and other media outlets, that seek to demonstrate otherwise.

Don't be ridiculous. You questioned my logical ability; I took tests that measure logical ability directly. The test speaks directly to your charge.
"One institution that has been shown to be fallible?" Oh, do please, PLEASE tell us which institutions have been found NOT to be fallible. I can't wait to hear whom we should trust without question.
"The experiences of the many..." is a really lame argumentum ad populum. It's really disgusting how often progressives try this infantile shit.
