Im v.ill with ME too. Others not accepting or helping us makes this vicious disease so much more difficult to cope with. Its a personal insult and it has hurt me deeply over the years. What i must say though Linda, is that NO ONE needs to validate how ill you are. You ARE ill, you live with it everyday and of course you're suffering. Nothing anyone says or does not say will change your illness (unfortunately not even for the better), so please dont hurt yourself waiting for others validation.

Yes, I feel the same. How is it possible that such an illness is just dismissed.
Validation...that would be helpful. Once read a book about it for eldery people. I wished that the same would happen for ME, of course on a suitable level.
