I would never have the paitience to do anything like that, but my Dad wants me to paint him one for Christmas. I am just going to paint him some manga art.

Thanks for patiently showing us the art of dot painting. I have some really basic (maybe silly) questions. The sticks that you showed, can we buy them from Art shop? If not, what would be your recommendation as alternative? I'm particularly interested on the small stick. Also, the Lukas Acrylic paint that you used, did you mixed it with ie water, or did you deep the stick right on it and and paint the dot?
Thank's for the nice comments!

I use old brushes and cut them, but you can use any stick.
You just need a knife and sand paper....
I often mix the paint with water, because acrylic paint dry's very quick.
Then I dip the stick into the paint, but just with the end, so that there is just a little
drop on the stick.
Hope that helps you a bit...

Thank's a lot! :)
The whole painting took nearly 1 and a half hour.
And it took me ages to cut it down to 10 minutes... :)
