There are 34 rock-cut Buddhist, Hindu and Jain temples and monasteries from 7th to 10th centuries at Ellora, with the most amazing being the Kailash Temple. Ajanta, about 100 km away from Ellora, has 29 Buddhist temples and monasteries, built between 2 century B.C. and 5th century A.D. Both sites are Unesco World Heritage Sites. Recorded in January 2010 in HD.

  • Excellent camera work. Very professional and some of the best I have seen on Youtube. The music is also very good, I would rename the music "Mystic echoes of Time." The Akashic records come alive with this video. You must be a very spiritual person.

  • What type of lizard is that jumping up the rock @4:15 ?

  • What kind of lizard is that @4:15 that jumps up the rock?

  • people wonder how they build the pyramid well how the f... did they build this???????

  • I think the ambient texture of the music soothe's the nerve's well when encompassing the magnatude of what is being recorded. In 1080p I am not complaining. Very Nice video imho.

  • the creepy music doesn't make it more interesting. more of an annoyance. I'd of much rather preferred something pleasant. own soundtrack ftw

  • I work with stone and can imagine nothing other than computerised laser technology to complete the likes of this awesome creation or others similar e.g Petra in Jordan. for one thing even if chisels can be used to carve stone, to do so in natural standing rock formations would cause too many vibrations, especially if there were many carvers simultaneously hammering away...any other ideas?????????
