Betty Wright - One Bad Habit (And That's Loving You)

In my opinion, this one is right up there with "Tonight Is The Night" but for some reason it never got any play. Then again, maybe it did and I just don't know about it. Richard "Dimples" Fields ...

I agree with you Danny. This should have been a bigger hit. I think this the LP that was released by Epic the same day that "MJ - Thriller" was released. So Thriller pretty much got all the promotion. I don't think this was a single. I think the singles were "What Are U Gonna Do With" and "Make Me Love The Rain". The B-Side of" What of U Gonna Do With It" is Goodbye You, Hello Him.. another answer to Richard Dimples, but the songs wasnt' on this album, just the single. Thanks for posting.

The album continues to be one of my favorites from that period and was sadly overlooked -- no doubt for the reasons you explained above. Certainly the production was tight and featured the participation of Stevie Wonder, Marlon Jackson, Richard "Dimples" Fields, Kim Hutchcroft, Teena Marie and Cheryl Lynn. Didn't get much better than that back then. Take care!

Thank you Danny! This is the song!! I couldn't think of the name of it, that's why I didn't see it. I just knew it was from this album. "You Rock!" (God Bless you for taking the time to share this. I know that it takes time so please know that you are appreciated.) Take care. The Juke Joint.. I will save it so I can always find it.
