@disneyfan81 True, but on Sale of the Century they did make the point of mentioning the year of 1959.
-
@francis1971 Wel it actually did.

Interesting the sound effect heard when all three choose the same subject. That's the same one for when someone chose the lucky slot on "Ceasar's Challenge".

That was anexciting round. A lot of triple there (Picking the same question) & more money being put on the table. That's a pretty good twist aferwards on a triplr to go for the extra questions by putting your money at risk. It may be another thing to remember but it's good for strategic reasons. Meredith really came back here, Kurt is trying his best, & Mike was funny with strippers. Dick & the Judge finally have their bantar; the best relationship i've seen between the judge & the host.

The Ultimate Challenge in it's original incarnation was always exciting!

if the challengers is ever revived, with Dick Clark in retirement at the moment and because of his health. Marc Summers would be good at hosting it

Interesting to hear the AFL-CIO question. IIRC, on Sale of the Century one player said that the AFL merged with the NFL!
Um, mtiller2006. Have you got a $65,000 Ultimate Challenge win episode yet?
