  • The behaviour of the police should be raised in Parliament.

  • It is really great to see lib dem MP's getting out and seeing what the policing of protests is really like in this country. Hearing reports isnt quite the same as being subjected to harsh policing. Good on you!

  • He should put on jeans and a t-shirt and see what happens. Sure the Headline of "MP beaten up by police" would be an interesting one.

  • Tom Brake never claimed second home expenses either.

    Good on him.

  • Where was Jacqui Smith?

  • Seeing as the rules clearly weren't followed when the camp was evenutally "broken up", with police officers being filmed hitting peaceful protesters in the head with riot shields and fists, I can only hope that Tom Brake follows up his commitment and sees justice delivered.

  • Police. Shouldn t that be Filth?

  • This is a clear indication that the contention around climate change and similar issues of immense international concern, leads the politicians and their beurocrats, to act in what can only be described as an irrational and dangerous manner. This is unnacceptable behaviour from the police, and an inquiry should be conducted. I blame Boris for firing Blair!
