Initiated in 2003, the Selah Leadership Program transforms and connects Jewish leaders and organizations to build a powerful social justice movement. Jewish leaders working in secular and Jewish social change organizations must apply to Selahs competitive program. If accepted, they join a Selah cohort, a group of 20-25 leaders who are trained together and form a learning community. Over a five-month period, Selah participants receive eight days of intensive leadership and management training, peer coaching, and membership into the Selah Network. Selah is a collaboration between the Nathan Cummings Foundation and Jewish Funds for Justice, in partnership with the Rockwood Leadership Institute. This video includes interviews and footage from recent training days for the Selah Boston Cohort and the Selah Network. We are grateful to the Slingshot Fund for your support of the Boston Cohort and Selah Network events.
