Some people have suggested that the word boobs makes no sense, but these lyrics are stream of consciousness-free association, so the song could tie in "dirty old men" with a woman self-consciously staring at her breasts. Nonetheless, the most likely lyric is books, but not because it "makes more sense" or that Regina has a clean mind. We like her because her lyrics are surreal, uncensored, and loose, don't we? Pissing on sugar cubes is clean? And what about the ribald lyrics in her other songs?

You've got to be kidding me. Boobs? That's not Regina's style. Plus she pronounces her B's more prominantly than her T's. It's boots.

It may indeed be "boots," but why would the term "boobs" not be in keeping with Regina's style? It'd be pretty tame compared to some of her raunchier lyrics.
