Well...it's a spiritual metaphor. It's based loosely on the parable of the sower of the seed (Luke 8:5) in the Bible. That's why the words "A sower went out sowing seed" appear at the beginning of the animation. It's also loosely based on another scripture that appears at the end of the animation (1 Corinthians 1:25) "The foolishness of God is wiser than men". So...this guy (dressed as a "fool" ) goes out on the street with some seeds. If this still doesn't make sense, read Luke 8:5-15.
