Haruhi AMV - I'm a Pioneer (English)

My first AMV, clips from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya set to the full English version of "I'm a Pioneer," the second OP to the Tenchi Muyo! OVA. The song was practically made for Haruhi, despite being made almost a decade prior.

The intended theme is Haruhi's pioneering spirit infecting the ever-resistant-to-change Kyon. With, of course, some help from the rest of the SOS Brigade.

If you can, do watch the vid in high quality form. It just looks better.

It's my first AMV, but don't go out of your way to be polite; be as brutal as possible in your comments if you have to. ^_^

I loved the epic cut between the scene where Kyon is introducing himself and sitting down to the moment that Asakura goes bonkers - you did that VERY well. :o

Six months later and I still stand by my opinion. Although Haruhi is awesome, Ryoko Hakubi hands down can beat that alien Ryoko Asakura.

Yeah, exactly what happened to it? You know, you should upload your amv to animemusicvideos . org also, to get a little more exposure. Of course there you can also upload a version with better quality ;)

I'll be looking forward to seeing your amv there. Not many "I'm a Pioneer" amvs there, so...

I liked your amv quite a lot. You managed to synch up a lot of the scenes with the lyrics e.g. "you can't be a hero..." perfect ^__^ and the guitar solo and also some nice lip-synching.

Tenchi Muyo's Ryoko is better than Haruhi's Ryoko.
