Guys, if you want this Cole back, go to the SP forums, make an account, and sign a thread called "petition for DLC skins". If SP listens to their fans like they say they do, they should make this happen. And to the haters, if he was like this in inFamous 1, you wouldn't care. You just got used to the gravely Cole, but nothing is wrong with this one. He's fine.
