  • have a look at the nutrition plan on our website will update it but basically it is eating allot e.g 500g beef, 2-3ltrs raw milk, 30 raw eggs all pastured per day Plus regular meals. 1-2 days per week we increase carbs from ~ 50g - 500g so we get lots of insulin shuttle nutrition into the cell. Always a way

  • Hi Aaron, congratulations on the new gym. I was over in Sydney last year for an extended holiday from Ireland...had you had this place then it would have been great to train there. Big fan of your workout balance, would love to open something similar here. Can I ask what sort of daily diet you have to have taken your weight up so much? I have increased weight by 8lb over course of a year and switched to paleo 4 months ago, but slowing down now. Best of luck with the new gym!
