Uploading Poison (YTO 278)

So I learned something today, poison ivy is only in north america. Lucky me lol. Anyway check out this really weird windows 7 issue. When uploading via chrome my network card starts to spaz out and uploads at its max speed or at least faster then my little cable modem can handle. If anyone has any idea to why it does that I'd be glad to hear :)

@Urgo6667 Actually that could be it as well. Calling Microsoft and/or google. Could end the problem though.

@Urgo6667 its near the begining, when i saw thor there is this pink sign dunno if you can read it or not, but its there, sorry cant really read it on the vid but it says

exactly what i said it would, in read on pink (red was the only color marker i could find at the time) i have a ic on my phone i'll up load it and send it to you sometime

@maantjuh14 Well yes it would be good if it was REALLY going that fast, but its some bug in my computer and since it goes that fast it just freezes up and the upload doesn't work. No problem for putting you in my video ;) And I normally do use firefox, but FF wasn't working for the upload so I tried chrome.
