It's possible, but your console needs to be modded. Which voids any warranty you may have on it. There are plenty of sites that show you what to do, I'm sure there's a few youtube vids as well.

Yep. Whenever you put good and free together it's usually illegal.

O, and.. 1 question. Is it illegal to rent a DVD, burn it to another disc, then return the DVD?

It's illegal..I think even making backup copies of the moives you do own is illegal.
