OTHxAngel254 in season 6 we all saw that kate loves jack and that they are endgame.And no,Kate didn't love Sawyer in season 1,it was season 2,but she stoped loving him in season 5.I knew she is going to be with Jack in the end.

For a guy like me, I nearly drew a tear when Jack finally propsed to Kate, and she said yes! Touching beyond words, & I'm so glad Jack and Kate did end up together in the final season!
