Wrong about the fish, unless it's a short lived variety ie, wild alaskan salmon. , otherwise fish is loaded with deadly mercury!

but garlic is poison?? garlic is like... desease killer! it cleans the body! one clove of raw garlic a day and your'e safe for life!
