Well, as a struggling musician, if I gave my music away for free, I wouldn't be able to pay my bills, and I wouldn't be able to continue creating great music for you to enjoy. Plus this soundtrack is only $4, it's about the price of a hamburger. If you're going to support the creation of great music, wouldn't you rather support an up and coming indie musician like myself who isn't making millions b/c a record label is packaging and telling people to buy mediocre music.
