You are neither a scientists or physicists, you are a drug user who somehow feels compelled to share his acid/shroom trips with the rest of the world. i think... its all about perspective. and nobody has a clear perspective because were all biased towards mankind as a whole. so if there is an afterlife and god, great. if not, fuck it. either way ive got a life to live and shit to do

Carolla isn't a dumb guy, I enjoy a lot of his rants, but not when it comes to religion. The argument stems much deeper than some redneck Baptist minister yelling at a "latter day saint". Its an ontological question which forms the foundation for objective thought/objective morality. In fact, you cannot speak objectively without the concept of a higher power/s authority, because all humans are regarded equal > which (in turn) makes all reasoning and logic subjective in nature.
