66 congress persons voted against it with Feingold. Most of them Democrats, but with some Republicans. In 2012 we can get rid of the rest of them who voted Yea.

So which lone small government, deregulating, Republican voted against the Patriot Act? Jeff Sessions? Jon Kyl? Orrin Hatch? Jim Inhofe? Judd Gregg? Mitch McConnell? NONE OF THE ABOVE. It was liberal Russ Feingold, the most honest man to go to Washington in about 50 years. So the next time Jon Kyl or Mitch McConnell go to the Senate Floor and give on of those passionate speeches about American Freedom, write them a letter and tell them to go fuck themselves!!
