@Jagyuchadda Late comment, but it's heard as a background tune in a bar. I believe it's the episode where they're researching to find where Kuze got his body.

I want to say it's bittersweet but somehow that doesn't seem quite right. It is sad but...it always seemed to me like it was hope (or peace?) in the depths of sorrow or something like that. Like how if you can see the beauty of life, no matter how bad your personal life gets you'll always have a reason to live.
