Not sure when the video was recorded, but Jerry Douglas accompanied Maura on her studio recording of "Helpless Heart" on an album of the same name in 1989.

a magnificent signature tune beautifully rendered by maura, but also one of the 'break out' tunes by jerry douglas that convinced the world he was not just a session player but one of the great definitive players of the modern acoustic era.
