You are wrong here as well. The caste system was develop according to karma not Birth but due to the change in time people started to realted it by Birth. Rest assured read Wikipedia on caste system.

Rest assured your religion is just 500 YTD old and you can not control this issue in Sikhism where above 70% follow caste system, now you are trying to compare it with 5000 YTD religion. The vacinity of time will bring some issue in any religion.
