@JasonLee310 If you must know. Yes. Shortly after I found the exact tv i was looking for elsewhere, for $200 less than a Kogan equivalent. With a 3 year warranty and only cost $15 to get it delivered to my home.

I almost bought a tv from Kogan... until i got to the online checkout.... $212.50 for delivery!!! So i dropped the tv out of the shopping cart and closed the browser with an emphatic "get &*$%#%!!"

Great, until you find you've been sold a refurb, or god forbit, you bought at auction and you have NO STATUTORY WARRANTY

somethings just shouldnt be bought online, a big tv is one of them. Too many faulty and expensive to send back only to get a refurbished one with different issues. Shop around locally and you will get great price and service. Fuck the dodgy online sellers that do not have to care about reputation and they know its a pain in the ass to send shit back and most people dont bother. Online shoppers get the refurbs and second grade shit.

Read on (thats online research) whirpool forums the delays you get when returning a large faulty item like a TV purchased online.
I got a (noname) TV from DSE, it was faulty, they replaced it on the spot, no questions asked when I took it in.
Then I researched online.... and got a Sony from JB-HIFI.
