That Mr. Khalid Qureshi and Mr. Ismail Qureshi have also avoided to attend the Islamic Education Trusts meeting and the affairs, aim and objects of the Trust have been neglected by them Mr. Khalid may be comes once in an year from U.S.A., whereas Mr. Ismail is born USA., Citizen from the date of his appointment as Trustee neither came in Pakistan nor attended any meeting of the Trust and had at all not taken interest in the affairs of the Trust. It is surprising that Mr. Akber Qureshi and his group of so-called trustees filed new suit after around thirty months later of their High Court Appeal 37 of 2002 in the High Court of Sindh Karachi is dismissed and instead of filing an appeal in the year of 2005 in The Supreme Court of Pakistan but they file new Civil Suit in the High Court of Sindh Karachi. Mr. Akber Qureshi and his group of trustees have not even for a single day from the inception of the Trust.

That Mrs. Afroze Shah, her son Syed Mureed Ali Shah, her daughter Ms. Asiya Shah, Mr. Khalid Rehman Qureshi and his son Mr. Ismail Qureshi posing themselves as Trustees filed a Civil Suit No. 107 of 2008 (Islamic Education Trust and others v/s Syed Kamran Hussain & others) against the present trustees in the High Court of Sindh Karachi. Mr. Syed Mureed Ali Shah and Asiya Shah have not even for a single day from the inception of the Trust till now, been bonafide Trustees.
