Joker and the Really, Really Bad Riddle

Little did Joker know, the hat exchange was REALLY part of a huge chain of events that Riddler had set up for Batman. While small in part, it was crucial link in the flow of the clues, and due to Joker's removal of said clue, Batman never figured out the Riddle.
